For the past ten years including the last three as Managing Director of Green Development Group LLC, Adam Green has engaged in a wide range of real estate transactions, from the sale of single family homes to development and construction of both residential and commercial real estate. To date, Adam has participated in 237 real estate transactions with a total value of more than $55M.

Adam's first office project outside Florida is in Cleveland, Tennessee. The development known as Stuart Commons Professional Office Park was completed in September of 2008 with a market value of nearly $2M. Following construction, the project was sold to three dentists, who purchased the property in October 2008.

Currently under construction is Adam's second office project, also located in Cleveland, Tennessee. When completed, the development known as Ocoee Commons Professional Office Park will have five separate buildings totaling approximately 26,000 square feet (mol). As of November of 2009, Building #1 with 4,118 square feet has been finished and a sale consummated. Planning is well underway for Building #2, which will be approximately 4,800 square feet.

All of the office projects that Adam develops are designed mainly for the medical profession. This causes the engineers and architects to plan square footage and parking for the requirements of medical space, which is typically 20% more than typical stand-alone office condominiums. However, our sales efforts would never be limited to only medical professionals. Adam feels that Ocoee Commons could support all professions that would use this type of office space, and they will be solicited.
